By making a purchase from Sialtek srl (www.spytooth.com) , you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1 - Acceptance of Conditions and Contract of Purchasing Agreement
1.1 - All relationship between Sialtek srl and the Customer are regulated by the following Terms and Conditions.

2 - Prices
2.1 - Sialtek srl without warning can modify application price.

3. Payment modes
3.1 - Customer can pay using PayPal or Credit card (Visa and MasterCard)

4. Shipping
4.1 - The software is shipped by downloading it for free and in locked status (the demo locked version), directly from the site located at www.spytooth.com, www.spytooth.mobi and partner sites

5. Warranty
5.1 - Should Java Software be defective Sialtek srl will repair or replace it ONLY if the Customer has successfully unlocked the Software and if the Customer has been successfully tested it on his mobile device before purchasing the unlock code.

6. Consumer Rights
6.1 - Consumer Rights are stated in the Italian law "dlgs 22/05/1999 n. 185". BEFORE PURCHASING ANY UNLOCKING CODE YOU MUST INSTALL AND TEST THE SPYTOOTH JAVA SOFTWARE in order to verify your cellular compatibility.

7. Limitation of Liability
Because the locked version of Spytooth is freely available, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the use of this application. Anyway if we default, you are entitled to recover damages from us, then regardless of the basis on which you are entitled to claim damages we are only liable for the 5% of the amount of any actual loss or damage up to the charges for the product that is the subject of the claim.

8. Software License
8.1 This License allows you to install and use as many copies of Spytooth Java Software as unlock codes you buy.
8.2 - You may not rent, lease, lend or sublicense the Spytooth Java Software. You can't modify the code.

9. Governing Law
9.1. This Agreement and any order issued hereunder shall be governed by the laws of Italy. The parties hereby agree that any dispute relating to the Java Software sold hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the City of Rome, Italy, and the parties hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue and waive any obligations thereto.
